(2) Project outline: This project uses the company's original annual production line of 50,000 tons of L-Threonine to transform into a L-Valine production line with high added value, strong competitiveness and large market gap. The main products after transformation are L-Valine, the maximum planned production capacity is 17163t for feed-grade L-Valine, 2000t for food-grade L-Valine and 121t for TMP (tetramethylpyrazine). If the market of L-Threonine improves periodically during the production of L-Valine, the flexible production mode is adopted, that is, the two products are produced alternately. Volume output depends on market conditions, but will not exceed the established capacity. The total investment of this project is about 144.684 million yuan. The main construction contents include two parts: the original production line transformation project and the new equipment purchase project. The original production line transformation object is L-Threonine fermentation workshop and product workshop; 87 new production equipment, mainly located in the finished product workshop.
