July 20th, 2018, Ningxia Base Semi-Annual Work Summary Congress was grandly held in lecture theatre of Operating Building B.All management staffs above shift supervisor of Ningxia Base and invited management staffs above Deputy Director of every BU attended congress. The congress was hosted by Wang Daping, Director of Production Operations Center.

The congress was divided into four reports from Department of Security and Environment, Quality Management Department, Equipment Department and Department of Craftsmanship and Technique. Tie Yong, general manager of Ningxia Base, made a semi-annual work report in the end.

The congress began with reading The six Essentials and Operation Principles. Liu Liping, Manager of Department of Security and Environment, made a semi-annual work summary about Analyze of security and environment protection and aspects need to be focused and improved. She made an in-depth analyze for the primary reason of massive increasing of Personal injury accidents and work schedule for second half year.Li Shuyan, Manager of Quality Management Department, reported Company Quality Target completion of first half year and resolved work schedule by talent training, quality management and System advancement for second half year.Ha Ruizhi, Manager of Department of Craftsmanship and Technique, made an in-depth analyze of technic indexes and Target completion. He made a work schedule in aspects of emphasizing carding SOP Job File and continuous improvement of technology management system for the second half year.Cai Aicheng, Manager of Equipment Department, reported Equipment Target completion of first half year and made a key point work schedule about completing annual target, Unplanned downtime failure averages 20% lower than the first half and Preliminary on-site Remediation for second half year in details.At last of congress, Tie Yong, General manager of Ningxia Base, reported semi-annual business performance completion and existing deficiency of Ningxia Company and Ningxia Base He made the deployment about achieving sales revenue of 1.297 billion yuan for Ningxia Base and achieving sales revenue of 2.657 billion yuan for Ningxia Company.

Tie Yong indicated that opportunities and challenges coexist and we must focus on environmental protection. We need to continuously implement our Functional positioning of “Supervision + Service”, proceed various production and operation activities according to overall ideas made at the beginning of the year and guarantee completion of annual operation target.
